Both days work for us,the house is empty at the moment and yes we will be installing new skirting boards in their place,if you are happy with this i can accept your offer and we can discuss the rest privately

Yes we just need them to be removed, no need to get rid of them as we will dispose of them ourselves,we want to make sure there will be minimal damage to the walls,please reply if you are still interested
