Two lights + socket

I’m looking for a qualified electrician to do a small domestic job. Install 2 ceiling lights using existing wiring: 1 x pendant light in the kitchen (replacing existing ceiling fitting). 1 x standard ceiling light in a bedroom (replacing existing ceiling fitting). Advise on and, if feasible, install a new double socket in the hallway: Hallway wall is a stud wall. There is an existing socket on the opposite side of this stud wall (other room). I’d like you to assess what’s possible, and then install a new socket on the hallway side.
