That's great!
Thanks, that did the trick :)
Well it's easy to adjust the timer to run for longer, you can do it yourself first. Turn off the electricity to the fan. Remove the screw, take off the cover and if you take a photo of the electronic board, it's flat green with lots of small components on it. I can identify the timer part and turn it to maximum time. Then put back on the cover and see if it extends the time after the light is turned off
@Paul M. I’m open to any type that can run for longer. I have a very humid bathroom with mold issues when the fan is not running. Current fan times out after 2 mins only.
Jay your existing fan is a standard fan with Timer, which continues to run after the light is switched off, it can usually continue to run for up to 20 minutes afterwards. But do you want to get another type of fan that's on all the time? 24 hours?
@Paul M. Current fan has it’s own switch. when turned on the fan starts and stays on even of the switch is off for few mins. I believe it is 100mm dock fan. Ceiling mounted. of this type: Shaft fan Ariett Habitat LL 15/30
Can you explain how the present fan is wired? Can you upload photos of the wall switches? What sort of fan is there already? Are both fans low voltage continuously on?
@Paul M. What will the cost be for 2 bathrooms?
I could go to you on Sunday if suits
I'm not able to drive to Cork for at least a week. Maybe there's other men local to you who can do it sooner if you want.
@Paul M. How much would you do it for 2 bathroom fans?
These type of fans cost around 200 euro
