Hi, our upstairs toilet has blocked up and overflowed. When flushed, the water doesn't go down and backs up instead. It seems like a standard toilet paper blockage in the drain/pipe. Looking for someone with the right tools (plunger/drain auger) to come and unblock it as soon as possible. Thank you!
