@Eoghan s. Hi, the condition of the roof is good enough. It just needs to be painted with the best possible option(bitumen or liquid lava with primer etc.) that will last for 5-10 years without peeling off again. The current grey coating lasted only 2 years and there is also a white coating and two layers of felt underneath.
Hi sathya, what condition is it in structurally. Are you able to stand on it or is it falling apart below the felt due to the water ingress?
Lava 20 with primer .
It doesn't need paint, it needs a layer of felt or liquid silicone.
