Vertical radiator install + bathroom fan install

Description
I have 2 vertical radiators that need hardwire installing. First radiator is to be installed in a room that already had a radiator but new one will not be in the exact same spot; 3 feet away from original radiator. Second radiator will be in a room that has not had a previous radiator - please account for hardwiring materials/valves in quote. Bathroom extractor fan needs replacing.
