Repair torn vinyl kitchen floor

Description

The vinyl is torn through and slightly lifted around the damaged spot. I am looking for someone experienced with vinyl floor repairs to assess whether this can be repaired neatly with a patch, or whether a small section should be replaced instead. I want a proper repair that looks tidy and sits flat, not just a quick cosmetic glue fix. Please quote for labour, and material if needed.
