Looking for a reliable person for a full day of prep work. Scope of Work: 1. Radiator Removal: Isolate valves, drain, and lift hallway radiator off the wall to allow full access behind it. 2. Wallpaper Removal: Steam and scrape wallpaper off the walls in both the hallway and the small toilet room. 3. Under-Stairs Closet: Remove an old shelf and pull any protruding nails. 4. Mould Treatment: Spray mould treatment on the shower room ceiling, scrub, and wipe clean. (If any mould is uncovered on the walls after peeling the wallpaper, treat those areas as well). 5. Under-Stairs Closet Repair: Patch gouges/nail holes with filler and caulk any gaps. 6. General Wall Repair: Handle any potential wall repairs/patching needed after peeling the wallpaper. Tools & Supplies On-Site: Wallpaper steamer, liquid wallpaper remover, scraper, mould spray, telescoping spin brush, filler, caulk, plastic drop cloth, a 2-step ladder, and basic tools. What You Need to Bring: Any specialized plumbing tools needed to drain/lift the radiator, and a taller ladder/step ladder if a 2-step stool isn't high enough for you.
