You can chip away a section of the tile at bottom left of toilet as you face it. Run the pipe out through there.if hole is made correct its very neat, ive done this before but my price would be too high as im so far from you. Best to get a local plumber but its doable.

Hi Steve, with the back to wall, close coupled toilet it isn't possible to connect the bidet to its plumbing. Your only option in my opinion is to run a new feed from the hand basin (or whatever water source is closest) you could box the pipework in then and even tile it if you wished. If you'd be interested in that solution I could give you a price.

@Deepak A. It's very far from wash basin. That won't be possible. For closed toilet there is no option to fit it ?
