Apartment Deep Clean

Hi there! I am moving into a new apartment that has been vacant for 3 years. So, it is in need of a very deep clean. The apartment is completely empty and not too dirty at first glance. However, I would like a very deep clean to be carried out i.e. deep bathroom scrub, inside all kitchen cupboards & wardrobes, baseboards, inside & behind appliances, behind immersion, windows, hoover & mop, etc. Also, there is a small balcony which has been exposed to the elements for a few years now. The ground tiles could use a deep scrub and am also hoping to get some of the build up removed from the bricks on either side. This is a 2-bedroom apartment around 60m2. Thanks :)

@Sarah D. Thanks for the info Sarah! Is there any chance you’d be willing to do the job for €40/hour? I’m just on a bit of a budget at the moment and wasn’t planning on spending more than €200. That way, if it takes you 5 hours, it’ll be €200. If it takes 6 hours, it’ll be €240 (as per your original offer). Please let me know what you think ????????
@Iliyana B. Yes it will be me and it will take Approx. 5/6 hours or so, all depending on the condition of the apartment.
