I work as a nurse full-time but am also a keen DIYer during my days off work. As I work as a nurse, I am also Garda vetted.

I have a lot of experience experience painting/decorating, fitting shelves, workbenches, building timber/block sheds for family, family friends, and friends. Anything I do, I do it to a high standard. If there's a task I can't do, or if I believe the job should be don't by an accredited professional, then I won't do it - I don't do bodge jobs.

Some of my other skills are as follows;
Basic electrical work(changing exterior/interior light fittings, adding new sockets. Shelve building. Labouring/ground works. Gardening. Landscaping.
Basic plumbing(changing radiators, TRVs, changing electric showers, Fitting shower screens).
Repairing/fitting plasterboard.
Qualified external and internal insulation installer. Extensive knowledge and experience in airtightness measures(taping, airtight foam, airtight paint, airtight membranes).
Have extensive experience installing various insulation materials in attics, walls, floors.
Have extensive experience in rodent ingress identification and rectification.
I have lots of experience siliconing around windows, bathrooms.

Baseboard/skirting board fitting. Timber framing. 1st+2nd fix

Sometimes I charge by the hour, sometimes I charge by the job depending on complexity and duration.
