I am a 34-year-old reliable and practical individual with several years of experience working in residential construction, alongside strong hands-on skills in carpentry, removals, landscaping, and general gardening. I have worked on a wide range of construction and labour-based jobs and understand the importance of working safely, efficiently, and to a high standard in occupied homes as well as on active sites.

I also hold a college degree in IT and have several years of professional experience in technical and computer-based work. This allows me to confidently take on IT-related tasks such as computer setup, troubleshooting, software support, and general technical problem-solving, in addition to physical work.

I have a wide variety of my own equipment available, including power tools, landscaping tools, and gardening equipment, which allows me to complete most jobs efficiently without relying on clients to supply tools.

I am currently renovating my own house while studying to become a Quantity Surveyor, so flexible, task-based work suits me best. My studies further strengthen my understanding of construction methods, materials, measurements, and cost awareness, which I bring into my practical work.

I am available most of the time, punctual, and respectful of clients’ time and property. I am upfront and honest about my capabilities—if a job is outside my experience, I will say so clearly rather than waste a client’s time or take on work I cannot complete properly. I take pride in doing jobs right and maintaining a professional, straightforward approach with every task.
